Resident Evil 2

Resident Evil 2 takes place two months after the mansion incident when Umbrella’s T-Virus leaks into Raccoon City’s sewage system, transforming the population into the undead. Leon Kennedy arrives for his first day as an RPD officer while Claire Redfield searches for her brother Chris, and after a harrowing encounter with zombies, both make their way to the Raccoon Police Station only to discover most officers are dead and Chris has left for Europe. Claire meets Sherry Birkin, daughter of Umbrella scientists, who is hunted by her mutated father William—who injected himself with the G-Virus after being shot by Umbrella operatives—while Leon encounters Ada Wong, a spy posing as a civilian looking for her boyfriend. The survivors must navigate the police station, sewers, and Umbrella’s underground lab while being pursued by both William’s mutating G-Virus form and the unstoppable bio-weapon Tyrant (Mr. X), ultimately escaping moments before a government airstrike destroys the city.
