Baldur’s Gate 3

Baldur’s Gate 3 begins when you wake up aboard an illithid nautiloid ship after being infected with a mind flayer tadpole that will eventually turn you into a monster. After the ship crashes, you meet other survivors with the same infection and discover a mysterious cult worshipping a new god called the Absolute, which is kidnapping people across the Sword Coast and infecting them with tadpoles. Your journey leads you to Moonrise Towers where you discover the Absolute is actually an enslaved Elder Brain controlled by three Chosen of the Dead Three gods—Ketheric Thorm (Myrkul), Orin the Red (Bhaal), and Enver Gortash (Bane)—who seek to dominate the entire region. As mysterious abilities awaken within you, you must choose whether to resist the darkness or embrace it while determining the fate of the Forgotten Realms.
